Refund Policy

Service Fees

Fees paid for completed services are non-refundable.
For advance payments, refunds may be considered only if services have not yet commenced and at the company’s discretion.

Deposits

Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Overseas Engagements

For services involving international partners, additional terms may apply. Refunds or cancellations will be subject to agreements made with overseas providers.

Exceptions

Refunds will be processed if required by Singapore law or applicable consumer protection regulations.
